This is the first final release of the current series I am working on and was inspired by someone very special to me who has had

a rather large influence on both my artwork and myself in recent months.
The story that accompanies this piece just kind of evolved as the piece came together, as did the other parts which will follow in the future.
I have never written about any of my pieces before, so this is kind of a new direction for me, but one I am enjoying. The story in full can be read here that comes with this piece.

This piece was designed for a sketeboard back in 2006 believe it or not but was never used. I must look into that again, but a print

of this has lived on the walls at my house for a couple of years and I must say (as with most of the previews here) that the pics on here do not do it justice.
The piece itself was a nightmare to complete and to this day I am actually surprised it ever rendered out. It took 3 seperate files to complete each over 200mb (one save took over 24 hours) if you think I slept that night think again.
Like alot of the artwork I do I tend to end up pushing the bounds of the software capability, there is nothing quite like loosing 80 odd hours worth of work in 2 seconds flat to keep you on your toes...
